| 1. Primary School - SIMS.Net School Improvement Forum |

Link2ICT are committed to raising attainment and standards within Birmingham schools and are working with Capita - SIMS.Net to offer introductory half day taster sessions on School Improvement. These sessions will provide an insight into the value of your MIS system, whilst focusing on effective application and data analysis within the MIS system. The importance of data accuracy, data manipulation and reporting are factors that improve performance across the school environment and also assessment and learning.
Capita - SIMS.Net will feature three forum sessions:
* SIMS and Pupil Welfare (Pastoral & Behavioural)
* SIMS in the Classroom (Attendance, Assessment etc)
* Tracking Pupil Progress (links to Reporting Home)

| This course is designed to support and enable schools to meet their e-safety requirements as recommended by Becta. The course will provide updates on how Safeguarding will feature as part of an Ofsed Inspection. |

| Link2ICT can offer the skills to understand your role and responsibility in delivering whole school e-Safety. Come along and learn best practices in responding to policy breaches.
This course will offer:-
• Support in defining the role of the Network Manager/Technician in Information Security and e-Safety.
•Review and discuss the policies and processes that you will need to support in school.
